With a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, he started his career in 1995 at Indesit Company where he worked for 20 years, taking on roles with increasing responsibility in Italy and abroad, until becoming Chief Operating Officer (COO). In 2014, he joined Amplifon as Executive Vice President for EMEA and then COO. In 2015 he was appointed CEO.
