Full Professor of Tax Law at the University of Foggia and consultant appointed to the Constitutional Court. She is on the board of the Emilio Betti Institute and of the journals Giurisprudenza costituzionale, Rassegna tributaria and Diritto e pratica tributaria. Author of over 190 publications, curator of Giocare con altri dadi. Giustizia e predittività dell’algoritmo (2023).
