Palazzo Sardagna, current home of the offices of the Rectorate of the University of Trento, is one of the masterpieces of Mannerism and early Baroque in Trentino. Dating from the 16th century, the building is built around a large central courtyard, the largest among those found in the city's historic buildings. From the exterior, walking through the entrance hall embellished with heraldic coats of arms, one enters the courtyard punctuated by a double order of loggias and long galleries.

Patrizio Bianchi, industrial economist, is now professor emeritus and UNESCO Chair ‘Educazione, crescita ed eguaglianza’ at the University of Ferrara, of which he was Rector. Academician of the Lincei, he was Minister of Education of the Draghi Government.

Prof. of Computer Engineering at UNIMORE. Author of over 550 international scientific publications about Artificial Vision and Multimedia Deep Learning, Director of AIRI, Scientific Director of AimageLab, director of the ELLIS-Modena node. She collaborates with PdC, MISE, MIUR and MDT about AI.

Flavio Deflorian is a full professor and Rector of the University of Trento. He is a member of the Board of Directors of FBK and of the Supervisory Board of SMACT. He has more than 200 scientific publications and numerous international research projects to his credit.

Luca De Biase

Full professor of Mechanics of Solids and Structures, served as rector of Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna from 2015 to 2021. Currently he is the President of Cineca and iFAB (Foundation Big data and Artificial Intelligence for Human Development) and the Vicepresident of the Italian Research Center on High-Performance Computing, Big Data and Quantum Computing – ICSC. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of Nomisma.

Francesco Ubertini

Roberto Viola is the Director General for digital policies at the European Commission (DG Connect). Before the European Commission, he was the Secretary General of AGCOM. From 1986 to 1999 he worked at the European Space Agency (ESA).
