Currently home to the offices of the Rector of the University of Trento, Palazzo Sardagna is one of Trento’s Mannerist and early Baroque masterpieces. The building dates back to the 16th century and it surrounds the largest central courtyard found in any historic building in the city centre. From the outside, the entrance hall adorned with coats of arms provides access to the courtyard, with its double array of porticoes and long balconies.
