Chartered Accountant, Independent Director, expert in “Digital Infrastructures and Cybersecurity Governance”, with roles in governing and supervisory bodies of public and private companies. He is President of Trentino Digitale S.p.A., where he promotes digital transformation and innovation in Public Administration.
Previously served as Chief of Police in Milan, Trieste, and Vicenza, and held senior positions within the State Police (Digos in Turin). Graduate in Law and at the FBI Academy in Quantico. He is expert in public order and counter-terrorism.
A magistrate since 1981, he served for 29 years at the Milan Prosecutor’s Office, focusing on mafia-related crimes, corruption, and tax offenses. Later, as Deputy Prosecutor in Brescia, he coordinated investigations into fuel fraud and waste trafficking. Since January 2018, he has led the Trento Prosecutor’s Office.
Overlooking Piazza Dante and standing opposite Trento's train station, the building is a stone’s throw from the historic centre. This building was built between 1958-65 as part of a project by Trentino architect Adalberto Libera (1903-1963), a leading figure in Italian rationalist architecture.
