He began his journalistic career at Radio Radicale, later working for L'Indipendente and Il Tempo and covering foreign affairs. At Radio 24 he hosted the current affairs program from around the world "Linea 24" for two years, later moving on to host "9 in punto" and "La Zanzara".
Since 2010 he has hosted "La Zanzara" on Radio24 with Giuseppe Cruciani, with whom he won the Premiolino in 2013. He has hosted several TV programs, was correspondent of "Matrix" for Canale 5 and now hosts In Onda on La 7.
Named after the Trentino irredentist Cesare Battisti, this city piazza is different from others. Its buildings are a 1926 Rationalist reconstruction of the historic, demolished Sas district. Beneath the square lies the ancient Roman Tridentum, an entire Roman district with the remains of a road, houses featuring mosaics, and even a long stretch of the eastern city wall.
