Lorenzo Bertoli is a senior executive with extensive experience in the economic and financial sector of the Autonomous Province of Trento. He currently serves as General Director of Cassa del Trentino S.p.A. and Chairman of Laborfonds. His expertise spans financial management, institutional governance, and supervision of strategic investments.
Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Welfare from 2001 to 2006 and author of several regulatory measures, including Legislative Decree n. 252/2005 on complementary pension schemes. Former President of Nuvasp at the Ministry of Labour, in 2007, he founded "Itinerari Previdenziali" and coordinates its Study and Research Centre.
Elsa Fornero is Honorary Professor of Economics at the University of Turin and Scientific Coordinator of the Center for Research on Pensions and Welfare Policies – Collegio Carlo Alberto. From Nov. 2011 to April 2013, she served as Minister of Labour and Social Policies Opportunities in the Italian government.

He has held various significant positions, including General Director of Unindustria and Director General of Confindustria since 2024.
