Palazzo Calepini, currently serving as the headquarters for Fondazione Caritro, dates back to the late 16th century and was built at the behest of the noble Calepini family from the Giudicarie valleys. Between 1823 and 1844, Palazzo Calepini served as the seat of the Prince Bishops of Trento. In 1999, the building was acquired by the foundation to be used as their institutional headquarters.

Mauro Sbroggiò graduated from Ca' Foscari University of Venice and joined the Finanziaria Internazionale Group in 1992, where he held the role of CFO from 2000 to 2017 and remained as board member from 2009 to 2015. Since 2004, he has been the CEO of Finint Investments and Co-CFO of Banca Finint Group. Since 2022, he is board member of Finint Private Bank.
