He began his long career at Banca Commerciale Italiana. In 2000 he joined the corporate world of Banca Intesa and later Intesa Sanpaolo, where in the field of investment banking he assumed roles of increasing responsibility and complexity until he became Group Chief Lending Officer in 2018 and from January 2020 Chief Division International Subsidiary Banks of Intesa Sanpaolo. ABI General Manager since July 2024.
