Keynote speech

Standing in the shadow of the ancient ramparts, for a long time Piazza Fiera was the beating heart of the city's markets and commerce, hence its name (which means “fair” or “market”).
The wide open spaces make Piazza Fiera ideal for hosting large business events, as well as cultural and musical gatherings. It serves as an important intersection for the city’s public transport, and the underground multi-storey car park means it is easily accessible by car.

Fondazione Caritro is a private non profit institution of banking origin, and it’s been active since 1992. The institution thoughtfully manages its precious heritage and redistributes its wealth in the Trentino region pursuing public goals by supporting the fields of research, culture, social and education through various projects and initiatives.

Over her career, Monfreda has directed several Italian magazines, including Donna Moderna for 9 years. In January 2022, Monfreda co-founded Rame, an editorial platform with the goal of democratizing financial well-being. This experience inspired her latest book, “Quali soldi fanno la felicità” (Feltrinelli, 2024).
